How Do I Measure My Pet For Pyjamas?

Our size charts are attached to both large and small pyjama product images however please see the basics below;

Neck – Measure around the base of the neck where the collar usually sits.

Chest Girth – Measure around the widest part of your pet's chest, usually just behind the front legs. This is the most important measurement for fit.

Leg Length – Measure from the top of the leg (where it meets the body) to the paw.

Why Is The Clam Bed Flat On Arrival?

Our bed comes vacuum
compressed to ensure easy transportation and faster shipping.

Please allow up to 3
days once received and opened for the bed to fully expand as the sponge will
rebound and return to its original state.

Cotton products need
to be rubbed and patted by hand to recover.

Is The Calm Bed Machine Washable?

Yes, hand wash setting preferred or general wash at 20 degrees no higher for up to 60 minutes, as an alternative.

Do not use fabric conditioner.

Only Air dry on a flat surface.

How Does The Cooling Vest Work?

Here are our step by step instructions on how to use the cooling vest;

1) Soak the vest with water, this can be tap, bottled or river, lake etc during a hike.

2) Once wet rinse leaving the vest damp.

3) You can then put the vest straight onto your dog or put it in the fridge or freezer for up to 5 minutes for added cooling.

The vest works by reducing your dogs temperature using cool water evaporation - this aids their overall happiness as well as health by avoiding heatstroke.

How Do I Wash Paw Heat Protection Shoes?

Hand wash only - Use soap and water and air dry.

Does Your Comfort Harness Restrict Mobility?

No, our harness has been constructed so that your dog has unrestricted mobility around their shoulders, supporting better posture.
